Return & Refund Policy
We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on opened essential oil blends, herbal products, or customized items for safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
- After inspecting the item, we will let you know about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at sacredspiritherbals@gmail.com with a description of the issue and a photo, if possible.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
4. Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale/Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- To return or exchange an item, please contact us at sacredspiritherbals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
6. Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are exchanging an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
