Our coach is trained in psychotherapy techniques and behavioral change, offering you a safe, supportive space to explore your path. These sessions are entirely client-focused, with you in charge of deciding the direction. Wellness coaching fees reflect not only the time spent in each session but also the dedicated work I do outside of sessions to ensure you receive the highest level of support. This includes time spent on preparation, researching specific needs, creating personalized strategies, and completing any necessary paperwork. For clients who opt to have sessions recorded, I also review and make detailed notes to guide future progress. Additionally, I am available for reasonable questions or concerns outside of our scheduled session times, providing extra support as needed to help you stay on track.
